Founder

Mark Oliver

Mark and his wife Carol have been married for more than 40 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren who make them laugh.

Music remains one of Mark’s passions. After high school, he attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston and played professionally for several years.

During his 30+years in the financial services business, Mark received numerous performance awards including Manager of the Year for a Fortune 500 investment firm. He retired as Director of Practice Management in 2017 when the Lord called him into ministry.

Prior to establishing Faith-Full Homes, Mark completed 9 weeks of healing and deliverance training at Ellel Ministries in England. Upon his return, he served 5 years as a full time volunteer and head of staff for an inner city church in West Palm Beach. During that time, he personally witnessed many people set free through the ministry of God’s word.

Mark believes Faith-Full Homes will bless the communities they serve until the Lord returns.

Max Torres

Co-Founder

Max is husband to a beautiful wife, Kayla, father to four handsome boys, and above all else a child of God. After experiencing God's supernatural deliverance, he gave his life to the Lord Jesus Christ and became born again and filled with the Holy Spirit in January 2019.

Holding a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Max has been working in the renewable energy industry for almost a decade and has been responsible for the analysis, optimization, and risk assessment of over 10 billion dollars in capital investment of solar and battery energy storage technologies. In 2021, while still a working professional, Max answered the call of God to walk in the spirit of Nehemiah to "build the old waste places;... raise up the foundations of many generations; [be] a Repairer of the Breach, [and] Restorer of Streets to Dwell In" (Isaiah 58:12 NKJV) and co-founded Faith-Full Homes with his ministry partner Mark Oliver.

In his spare time he enjoys leading a local Trail Life USA troop, cooking for and camping with his family, driving RC cars with his boys, and sharing his testimonies of how Yahweh, the LORD his God, has delivered him time and time again through the working of mighty miracles.

Next Project

Our mission is to bless every community in which we establish a presence. In Haggai 1:4 the word of the Lord came through his prophet saying, “Is it time for you to live in your paneled houses as this temple lie in ruins?”
We believe the time has come to build God’s home.
Our priority is to secure land in order to build and staff a multi-purpose chapel that will serve as an anchor of hope and beacon of light in the midst of the people. The “Goshen Chapel” will be set apart as a destination for those who seek to draw near to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Set within a simple South Florida landscape, this modern chapel draws inspiration from Baroque architecture—most notably the molded gable with cross and finials—while embracing clean lines and natural materials. The facade features warm wooden doors beneath a protective canopy, framed by terracotta tile roofing that nods to regional tradition. Inside, a single-nave layout centers on a raised altar, surrounded by cream walls, timber ceilings, and tall arched windows that invite soft natural light. Wooden pews and a flexible rear event space blend tradition with community function. Polished stone flooring and subtle lighting complete the serene, contemporary-rustic atmosphere.
